Senior Business Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal consultation to clients on all manner of business law issues.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Prepare and review corporate documentation.
• Consult on and process real estate transactions.
• Consult on intellectual property matters and process registrations and other matters before the DIP
• Coordinating tax planning to mitigate/minimize tax exposure.
• Supervise associate attorneys, including in the processing of corporate registrations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher in law.
• License to practice law in Thailand.
• Five plus years experience in business law practice.
• Good English language skills.
